Cancellation and returns
Cancelling an order
You can cancel from My Account → Orders while the order is still pending or approved. Once it ships, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns
Return within the window shown in the footer, counted from the day you receive the order.
Condition
Items must be unused, unwashed and have their original tags and packaging.
Refunds
Processed within 5 to 7 working days of the returned item reaching us.
